Zapandtalk
Zapandtalk is one of the nicer looking Chatroulette alternatives out there, though it must suffer from lack of promotion or maybe it just doesn't work because I've never actually seen anyone on it.
Seems to be a common problem amongst the CR clones, the lack of users, I guess there really is only so much people to go around, it's just a little frustrating at times to come across sites that are more stable than the original, though have little to no users.
